All operations of EQUITEL RESOURCES NIGERIA LIMITED shall be planned and executed in such a manner as to minimize any adverse effect or impact on the environment in which we operate

The trust of the planning and execution of our work shall be environmental protection and preservation.

In the course of our operations all wastes shall be collected, handled, treated and disposed of, in environmentally sound manners.

A l l r e g u l a t i o n / l e g i s l a t i o n o n environmental issue by the government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and its appropriate agencies such as NIMASA* MARPOL”, Federal Environmental Protection Agency ( FEPA), State Environmental Protection Agencies. E.g., RSEPA, (DSEPA), Local Government Authority and Ministry of Health are binding on EQUITEL RESOURCES NIGERIA LIMITED. The environment belongs to us all!
